This past Saturday, the best of the best were honored at the Primetime Creative Arts Emmys in Los Angeles — with Discovery Channel and Animal Planet up for a collective 16 nominations.
Discovery Channel’s Life won for Outstanding Cinematography for Nonfiction Programming, with cinematographer Doug Allan accepting on behalf of the team. Deadliest Catch‘s Bob Bronow was also honored with an Emmy for Outstanding Sound Mixing for Nonfiction Programming. It’s great to see the men and women behind the scenes honored for their talent.
