This summer, the search was on for the most Pup-ular dog in America — and we have a winner! As part of The Hub’s Dog Days of Summer, fans were asked to upload pictures of their dogs and vote on who they thought was the happiest pup in the pack, with prizes and a donation of $5,000 made in their name to the Petfinder Foundation.
