Discovery and Sky Agree on New Advertising Sales Partnership

(London) Discovery Communications Europe has awarded a four year deal to Sky Media, the advertising sales division of BSkyB, for its TV advertising sales contract. Under terms of the new agreement, Sky Media will represent Discovery as its sole airtime advertising sales agent in the UK across its portfolio of 13 channels including Discovery Channel which is the number one factual brand in Pay TV.

Discovery has a portfolio of factual, lifestyle and entertainment channels which currently reach over 2.5 million people per day.
