M. LaVoy Robison

M. LaVoy Robison has served as executive director of The Anschutz Foundation since 1998.

Prior Professional Experience:

• From 1960 until his retirement in 1996, Mr. Robison was employed by Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co. (later known as KPMG), where he was elected a partner in 1970, specializing in cable television, entertainment, oil and gas, manufacturing and SEC matters.

Company Directorship:

• Mr. Robison is a director of Discovery Communications, chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Nominating Committee. He served as a director of Discovery Holding Company prior to Discovery Communications becoming a public company.

Other Directorships:

• Mr. Robison serves on the boards of Liberty Media Corporation and The Anschutz Foundation. He is a past chairman of the Professional Ethics Board of the Colorado Society of CPAs and a past member of the executive committee of the National Advisory Council of the Marriott School of Management of Brigham Young University.

Education:

• Mr. Robison holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Brigham Young University.
