Join Investigation Discovery for a Night of Real-Life Horror on Friday the 13th

If you’re looking for a good scare tomorrow night, but supernatural stories of ghosts and goblins aren’t your thing, Investigation Discovery is offering a lineup of real-life horror tales that will leave you gripping your seats…and locking your doors.

Starting at 9pm ET/PT, ID will premiere the documentary Pig Farm,a chilling film that chronicles the life of Robert Pickton, Canada’s most prolific serial killer and the alleged murderer of as many as 49 women. Then, at 11pm ET/PT, the network will encore American Occult: Blood Lust, which takes viewers into the sinister world of self-professed vampires and Satan worshipers. Closing out the scare fest from 12-2am ET/PT is a special midnight showing of Lore: Deadly Obsession, which tells the terrifying tale of Richard Trenton Chase, better known as the “Vampire of Sacramento,” a deranged monster who went on a bloody rampage that shook California’s state capital in the winter of 1978.

This marathon is not for the squeamish, as it includes graphic and violent dramatizations of real crime scenes — consider yourselves warned!

This is the least scary sneak peek I could find…
