Wicked Attraction, a series that explores what happens in the mind of the “average” person when they fall under the spell of a sadistic predator, returns tonight on Investigation Discovery at 9pm ET/PT.  On the show, forensic psychologists and criminal profilers uncover horrifying clues and reveal the true stories of people driven to commit murder together. Wicked Attraction investigates some of the most terrifying crimes in recent history and steps inside the criminal mind to explore the psychological motivations behind deadly duos.

On tonight’s episode: after two decades of abuse, Deborah Brown flees her husband Steven’s violent temper to live with her brother Don and his friend Chris. Her new found safety is soon shattered when a woman claims that her car broke down and lures Don and Chris to the road, where a vengeful Steven waits to kill them. Deborah hears a knock on the door and comes face to face with her estranged husband and his accomplice. They kidnap Deborah to a motel and brutalize her, forcing a SWAT team to intervene before it’s too late.
