Employees Around the World Join Together to Celebrate Sixth Annual Impact Day

Last Friday, June 12th, over 4,500 employees from more than 65 offices in 35 countries – London, Miami, Mexico City, Munich, Oslo, Sydney, Tokyo, Rome, Portugal, Istanbul, Amsterdam, Beijing, Silver Spring and many more – joined together in celebrating Discovery’s sixth annual Discover Your Impact Day.

Employees were able to choose from a wide variety of volunteer opportunities – from animal shelters and zoos, youth and local school systems, community centers and food banks, and environmental stewardship focused on parks, farms, freeways, waterways and everything in between. The range of opportunities to get involved not only enabled us to positively affect as many deserving organizations as possible, but also allowed employees to channel their own personal passions and choose a project that is most meaningful to them.

Check out the photos below to get a taste of how we celebrated Impact Day around the world!
