It’s been cable’s #1 non-sports telecast for every week this season among key demos – that’s 18 consecutive weeks! Now, Deadliest Catch has another reason to celebrate: this Saturday, the series won three awards at the 2015 Primetime Creative Arts Emmys®.

The Discovery Channel show, which profiles men who risk everything for the dangerous job of crab fishing in the icy waters of Alaska’s Bering Sea, won for Outstanding Unstructured Reality Program, Outstanding Cinematography for Reality Programming and Outstanding Picture Editing for Reality Programming.

Since its premiere in April 2005, Deadliest Catch has received a total of 38 Emmy nominations and has won twice for Outsanding Reality Program (2011 and 2014). Congrats to the entire crew & team who have worked to bring the show to life!
