Oprah’s Super Soul Sunday is back for its eleventh season this Sunday and is kicking off with a very special guest: former president Jimmy Carter. An international humanitarian and Nobel Peace Prize winner, Carter speaks about his faith and spirituality, issues facing our country today and how his global influence grew after he left the White House. As the nation’s 39th President from 1977-1981, Carter also speaks to how politics have changed since he left office and what he thinks about today’s controversies and current headlines.
Check out a sneak peek of their conversation below, and don’t miss the premiere on Sunday, September 27 at 7pm ET/CT on OWN. You can join in the conversation on social media by using #SuperSoulSunday.
