DISCOVERY CHANNEL TO BECOME PRESENTING SPONSOR OF ALAN ALDA’S CLEAR+VIVID PODCAST AS PART OF NEW MULTI-TIERED PARTNERSHIP

(New York) – Discovery Channel and Alan Alda are teaming up on a new partnership that will further both of their missions to advance science communication. As part of the deal, Discovery will become the presenting sponsor of Alda’s popular podcast, Clear+Vivid, as well as create a pipeline for science communication training in concert with the Alan Alda Center for Communicating Science at Stony Brook University.
