New Special 12-Week Edition of Food Network’s Publisher Story Premieres Sunday, June 17
Launch Event to be Held in New York City for an Exclusive First Look on Wednesday, June 13
NEW YORK – June 6, 2018 – Food Network announced today Treat Yourself with Skyler, a new 12-week special edition of its Snapchat Publisher Story available only on the Discover page. In each episode, host Skyler Bouchard of Dining with Skyler will explore how people can use items from their refrigerators and pantries to make DIY food-based spa treatments, such as honey facial treatments and an avocado hair mask. The first edition premieres Sunday, June 17 at 6am ET to Snapchatters in English-speaking countries. New editions will be available every Sunday to Snapchatters in English-speaking countries and previous editions will be available using Snapchat’s Search feature.

To celebrate, Food Network is hosting a launch party at Gelso & Grand in New York City on Wednesday, June 13. Invited guests will get a sneak peek at the first edition and meet Skyler in person to learn more about the featured ingredients and items.
Food Network was one of the original publishers for Snapchat’s launch of Discover in January 2015 and has since been creating Publisher Stories for the platform, as well as exclusive original shows. In March 2018, the network launched its first cooking Show, Chopped U, headlined by Lifestyle Studios expert Lazarus Lynch.
