LaVoy Robison has been on the board of The Anschutz Foundation, a private foundation, since January 1998, and was their executive director from 1998 to November 2010.
Prior Professional Experience:
- From 1960 until his retirement in 1996, Mr. Robison was employed by Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co. (later known as KPMG), where he was elected a partner in 1970, specializing in cable television, entertainment, oil and gas, manufacturing and SEC matters.
- Mr. Robison is chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.
- Mr. Robison serves on the boards of Liberty Interactive Corporation and The Anschutz Foundation. He has also served on the board of the Liberty Media Corporation. He is a past chairman of the Professional Ethics Board of the Colorado Society of CPAs and a past member of the executive committee of the National Advisory Council of the Marriott School of Management of Brigham Young University.
- Mr. Robison holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Brigham Young University.
