Discovery’s ‘MythBusters’ Joines Forces with White House, NIH in Ebola PSA

Discovery has teamed up with the White House and the National Institutes of Health to create a PSA with MythBusters hosts Adam Savage and Jamie Hyneman, who encourage viewers to “get the facts and find reliable information” about Ebola. Discovery, OWN Bring Home Creative Arts Emmy Awards

Last night, at the 2013 Creative Arts Emmys, Discovery and OWN brought home the gold for some of their networks’ favorites. Discovery’s Deadliest Catch brought home two awards – one for “Best Cinematography for Reality Programming” and the other for “Picture Editing for Reality Programming” in its “Mutiny on the Sea” episode. Additionally, OWN’s Oprah’s Lifeclass  brought home a win for “Outstanding Social TV.” Congratulations to our winners!

Discovery Supports Military Families Through White House Initiative
