Last week, Women in Cable Telecommunications once again honored Discovery Communications as one of the Best Companies for Women in Cable. Joining Discovery in the Best Programmers category are NBCUniversal, Scripps, Turner and ESPN. The annual recognition is determined by WICT’s PAR Survey, which gathers information from cable telecommunications companies to assess how they support pay equity and advancement opportunities for women among other key criteria.
